Dégustation

This is a pale rosé wine, with notes of fruit on the nose and palate: white peach, raspberry, redcurrant and floral notes. It's a well-balanced wine that's delicious on the palate.

Accords culinaires

This tasty wine will accompany your meals from aperitif to dessert, with cold meats, salads, grilled meats, fish, white meat, vegetables, Italian cuisine, pizza, exotic cuisine and a fruity or iced dessert. Best enjoyed young. Serve chilled between 10 and 12°C.

Cépages

CALADOC and SYRAH vines grown on clay-limestone soil. CALADOC is a mixed grape variety. A cross between Grenache (a traditional grape variety in our region) and Malbec. We planted this variety to help us adapt to climate change. It is more resistant to drought and parasites, and its organoleptic qualities are well suited to our terroir. SYRAH is the emblematic and historic grape variety of our region. It blends perfectly with CALADOC.

Vinification

This beautiful pale pink colour is obtained by extracting the juice followed by a traditional vinification process, under precise temperature control, to reveal all the finesse of its aromas and our terroir.
