Dégustation

It has an intense red colour with garnet tints, with notes of red and black fruits, blackcurrants, spices such as green pepper and liquorice on the nose and palate. A full-bodied, well-balanced wine with silky tannins.

Accords culinaires

This wine goes well with all your meals, cold meats, red meat, white meat, poultry and all types of cheese. And why not as an aperitif! Ready to enjoy, this wine can also be kept for 2 - 3 years in the bottle. The ideal serving temperature is 15-16°C.

SYRAH and MERLOT vines grown on clay-limestone soils. SYRAH is the emblematic and historic grape variety of our region. Perfectly adapted to our soils and climate, it blends perfectly with MERLOT.
